TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR( |) a6 g6 e) s! N' n/ s* D
JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS/ v" f, v+ C; x! }3 V
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
5 z, U5 d8 a, B- xwell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
( U/ x M; \% ?* O1 _and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable
3 z y" W' [! n4 ncoordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly
/ T$ g1 _2 Y8 y& _6 ?contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
% a5 f! L5 Q. P* p• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
6 n! Q" n, c# L9 f Y' q" q• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.' q2 {0 J/ V i
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
# r. |( F4 o# L! G" t. f* g• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.6 Z6 W, s; [5 Q6 I% i g9 i
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

3 D8 d* o2 w U" c) O6 M• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring5 g( F0 L( l7 k; b
company’s business goals and policies

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE- c" E) Z4 M7 E, a2 K
• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
0 ], S6 c( E5 @7 _" A6 R• Some field operational experience
( U! q6 t' T9 l- y% E• Some knowledge of the services company provides
% U [8 }9 W/ D6 R• Strong computer skills! m6 G6 O3 }" ~7 A/ ~( a' N
• Class 5 licence.

6 I4 n X% ^& N6 i1 B5 `/ O5 D补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。6 O% A& G. I, m# S
( e0 d0 ]5 O' x! S) B c; _0 O* b& g有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。0 }8 {7 U+ @! `% Q

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
