- z' V& ]* ]0 t5 ]" d6 Z* SEmployee would be responsible for handling all technical support for Lab Equipment systems (both hardware & software), to include lab testing & dyeing, dispensing, sample conditioning, and lighting cabinets. Work as the technical liaison with 3rd party suppliers. Work very closely with Product Manager on new product development for all laboratory equipment.

• Be the global primary contact for support for Lab Equipment Systems and liaise with 3rd party supplier on any issues.
& X/ t4 {2 K: j, k h* [& H9 b• Answering all technical questions concerning mechanical functions and software operations.& Z3 ?# D9 L9 K: n, v! _( W o
• Assist with troubleshooting ideas on technical and software problems
7 c) Z3 P/ F5 K" r. f5 E, co Test all new patch versions of software prior to release. L) W1 q' \6 \* a* T# k( _
• Assist where needed in application questions.

o New parts and replacement parts and installation procedures

• Assist Product Manager in all new product development plans for all Lab Equipment products. In some cases act as the Project Manager for new product development.
/ ^: q2 k7 [7 I. R% Vo Run field Beta test sites and any new idea testing and make reports

o Assist in writing and new product specification

• Assist in Sales support & training.

o In rare cases where no other solution exist to travel to customer site to solve technical issues.

• Must have an extensive background in textile laboratory equipment uses and workflow process. Understanding of textile dyeing processes.

• Proficient in software use and writing.
