> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
" w6 g8 z) m/ d% w> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
( [# i8 [% F& Z> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
, ~; W6 j6 n9 z6 b) F> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
) m7 z: P* d' J: v/ [2 F" u> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
* D6 c; L" ^2 H, S3 A  s; {' {) t; U> · On-call after hours support required

> Head office support:
' @/ S3 {/ o7 P$ ~0 O9 Q: {> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…

> · Maintain system backups.
0 T$ k  p4 ^! M; ?> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).

> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
' u2 G/ ]0 N% P0 ~* V> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
& i  N2 U3 N$ W> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
, b! v) t+ C$ O1 I" b7 X- [8 s  }> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
