Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
) ], x( ^8 y$ S1 `+ t/ @* D5 p•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
6 A4 A6 Z" E$ d4 o•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
0 t% N* b) w' @# Y  Y* X4 P•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
% R6 l* f" L* v" A; w4 o•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
  T# i$ ~- i' d$ d# t0 M6 \•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:
! X1 @* _# w) F$ Q8 I. V' v
# Y  y7 S1 E3 D, S! \•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
7 |8 O- h: K' ~•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
