•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
% k+ I8 j  M+ y* q- q•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
/ e7 z1 ~2 Z0 r$ S( |% F•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
( A% J+ P/ f7 T+ B& x•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
, p4 t: v3 j- V9 f' H, Z. w$ A•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
( [' m6 ~# ?1 t" a/ i8 I•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
# R) @- C2 `$ X. s% y5 {3 K7 M! z% N•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Skills/Requirements:
! Y& t+ I3 }/ G# Q) W
. R( ]9 Q1 H# R•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
) E/ \  K$ u) V, x+ Z( F, C& U•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
- q9 T0 ]9 b, W  C. j) {; }1 ^•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
