Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

  Q  l6 o$ u7 g- `4 Z$ w•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
+ y2 t9 y# R% z  R2 M•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
1 B/ G7 S9 X6 d- [' \•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
3 H6 l* Y7 H( J•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

( w8 K6 \2 r6 v- h•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
+ o: s9 [; Q9 n5 {$ Q/ }: f! e5 h$ O•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
: z$ M7 \& q" l- G- d7 ?) Y3 x•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
