/ r- g: q# V5 Y# I6 L•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
1 t. ]3 G" R, R5 P/ r•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
, k) p: R1 l4 ~: k4 f' l/ S# P. U•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
6 y( H# Y2 Q; d4 T9 ^) x•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Skills/Requirements:

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
$ T; ]  w. E5 t•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
