• Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances. O5 ^- ]' i2 Q+ u. [3 \
• Prepare food such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, milkshakes and ice cream dishes* C6 d3 K" A$ F# R
• Portion and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food/ ?: K; `, z0 }' V. q
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
