2. set small goals for her, award her timely. & X& N- u( I9 H- }2 R* C/ S( c# Q 5 p k2 Y7 K* K3 C' r F \. hEg. a sticker for her if she gets out of bed by 7 a.m.;another sticker for her if she leaves house by 8:00 a.m. ...when 10 stickers are collected, she can choose a prize.
我们的策略是如果早上耽误了时间,晚上就要早睡。早上耽误一分钟,晚上早睡10分钟。晚上,娃儿哪里愿意早睡一分钟啊,恨不得困的眼睛都睁不开了再睡觉。惩罚了几次,7:30/8:00上床啥的,目前还是比较有效。早上自己起床刷牙穿衣服10分钟搞定。洗脸我们帮他洗。吃早饭10分钟。其他时间5分钟左右。一般30分钟内能出门。2 @' B r# r8 R
不过,我还是要承认,就是这样,每天早上都是在yelling中渡过的...难啊!

每天回家吃饭都至少6:30。吃到7:10左右,网上和老人聊聊天。什么都不做就是8点了。现在要练个琴15分钟,做个数学语文啥的,很快就到9点了...每天早上看娃儿睡的那个香啊,真是不忍心叫他,但是晚上有不愿意睡觉,咋办咋办...0 [$ _6 E! Q0 N3 I1 b g5 p# V
