Role/Function:
# C3 W- ~/ Q8 G- YThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in+ p, n0 @) G, z/ z) b; h
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

2 w: s; D1 ~3 W* F0 B w· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
6 z+ R% E/ o/ w% P· Verify pricing and availability of product;4 l; z5 y( x+ a; v! s3 y9 ]
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
% u, _: V, x' t7 S· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;, M, D3 j6 u( C/ c: [# P- Y |
· Collect payments for cash account orders;4 G, t. c$ \8 [
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
: g e! r' \1 Y+ B' G: g· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
0 ^% _. S' l7 g) x0 d, K· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate' V# d; m0 V6 q' c$ B3 W/ Q
database;% D2 [& T9 h2 u9 g
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;9 [, {! E8 H4 B% X' Z
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
' |0 L" P+ M e; s" \: k O· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;$ w4 V7 O. A. ]9 B$ Z6 g
Qualifications/Requirements:
/ f8 z5 L4 b8 i4 G· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
9 N% _# d s4 Clasting relationships with customers;$ V; `1 N6 Y2 d; a
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;( g8 ?/ l& W3 X) ^& ^4 l
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;4 @, D7 b1 j' {9 y# M2 @/ z
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
3 t& \- P4 Z1 o· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);. w1 @1 f# ~9 |% H4 ~- H! ?& ~+ Y) e
