2 A9 @* c2 s. l1 ^· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;; J, r' ]) Q& O' j; r5 T/ d* f; V
· Verify pricing and availability of product;0 A, N* B N. c0 B
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;' M, v+ J9 ?, n) A4 d
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;1 J& K8 l- f+ N0 @5 S9 f. U
· Collect payments for cash account orders;- T% E. ~0 g0 A6 o9 |; W
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
* ?. G3 w0 a; n7 S& y3 h# X· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
/ |/ t: `: y0 {3 B3 |· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate

· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;9 \- R9 j8 K" ~0 F2 B9 O- F
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;

Qualifications/Requirements:" e0 G8 {5 j2 y( v1 z0 }- m
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain( l! G7 _( V9 x$ x8 R* b9 s# H
lasting relationships with customers;
: f/ i$ L" E. C· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
) N6 P2 [4 i/ |, Y# |' A% k· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
M" }0 V6 u8 f0 F· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;3 r! S7 y4 B6 k/ c# S* r o2 H
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
