person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining+ m9 d; {: E x3 a, S% [4 a

Responsibilities:+ t) `1 x. H* i9 H
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;$ {- R9 e( ^7 S
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
! V6 H: R! }0 w% t/ ]' k· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;7 M8 X+ ^: N/ W* R; M
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
( r p- s6 B& |- y0 L I· Collect payments for cash account orders;" I" G3 ^9 D. U; O
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
1 c( _! x5 ?* r* c- e& [* P· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
) f1 x8 b; S4 _) }6 [ g· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate; _$ O6 _: ]$ F# H) L5 V5 E

· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;

· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;

- ~ `7 O/ v4 v( K9 D; A· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain$ S# H4 x( P& Z! W7 ^$ J# g
lasting relationships with customers;3 `0 K8 T! t8 u, W# s) y3 ]& P
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
8 T+ R" G6 l; ~7 N8 W: {& S· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;$ V8 a2 R5 p6 Z3 @% k! @$ i
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;2 K# B6 m" j2 L$ {7 t
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
