Role/Function:
  H8 e7 N7 B3 J% h* O: A6 ^0 vThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
0 t8 w- ~/ K+ q) N: }person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
, R9 y! \. Z4 e3 t; G; Q4 mrelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet

Responsibilities:
7 Z& d7 G. ^, y  M· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
/ c0 R! B) J' h+ q0 B· Verify pricing and availability of product;
/ n0 O* ^. V# o  ^- K9 T! ~· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
; c5 _) r( m, ?" t) v# q· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
- G' D' b* U5 u5 A. y/ Q- i) n+ L· Collect payments for cash account orders;
4 M7 c3 ]7 u8 y" ~( ~4 L: x$ p· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
: ?! v4 y! |1 B7 x6 n# u: V· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
3 R0 W# g6 v0 i· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate/ ^( d& R2 c& }5 Q
database;
) R+ D" a) k0 {- b- O- f$ I· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
( K  w3 h) }* y7 B2 r% ^, S( Q· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;$ l8 }, Z. S7 Z( @0 ~5 a5 B
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
& y& |' Y1 q# [# ^8 m: BQualifications/Requirements:
1 f6 Y  F, x# V* ?% i· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
2 {$ b$ \! H* q- `" |- Z3 W: Mlasting relationships with customers;9 W3 r1 ~4 ^1 ]! y
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;4 K/ t5 R5 d$ B3 h
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
3 @0 [+ i8 G6 E9 d6 Z; T· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;7 n9 f+ ^0 q/ C
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);2 |3 Z$ y4 L) M5 w4 X0 S, t  C
· Excellent organizational skills;, m, a7 N; T6 i( {+ @9 p( D
· Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;7 j& a( U; ~% ^+ V1 d( N
