Comfort Orthotic Place Ltd.（康福特保健鞋）是在亚省正式注册，拥有合法注册执照，并拥有注册办公室对orthotic 行业要求所有必要文件。近来有人借用所谓极个别保险公司要求但行业无须有的资格，对我公司进行诽谤和混淆视听。对此我们已收集所有证据交与律师，并保留一切起诉权利。

加拿大是法治国家，以为网络无监管了，IP地址和英文评论都是律师可用证据。
借用个别保险公司特殊条款的规定，随意对合法公司资质诽谤。

这个需要问你公司的配肉，而不是康福特。

要看你们的保险年度从什么时候开始，到来年什么时候结束。

我个人估计，够呛。

be honest, i think this declaration is already good enough to break your business down on the court.. ..

If you really want to go through this by court, I can't see any winning probablity. Frankly, you start to walk into the trouble.

理论上不能！但是如果新的保险公司不在乎，也可以的！！
