可能是因为大家都在求租的关系
$ }1 g: w( A* j我觉得爱城虽然城市很大。。
但是找个相对理想的房子真的不大容易啊。。
( }3 c# q' G! V! y不是太贵就是很不理想
9 M9 y# R+ e# v) q& z8 Y, x再要么就是自己的条件不符合。。。
唉。。。

acutally same story for the landlord. Not easy to find a good tenant: reasonable clean and always pay on time.

( i1 N# D6 Q/ ?: d' XI have one bedroom to rent: prefer female since so bad impression for current male tenant. Unless you are not terrible bad as him. Hehe....
