Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program
! o' z: a: r) c# ACamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)

! S; {. k% J' h*might work in other time in some specific days

: B( l# G6 y4 {$ m' KTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
0 l, t; l) Q  \" z+ G( S Take attendance if available
/ Q4 a6 p. U0 V* {2 s2 `$ | Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
 Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
( C6 }6 V. F1 o8 c4 J Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
  a& C. W, o0 E# o" i7 ~ Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

$ e# h8 ^) Z, p* T, ^" \$ aAttitude/Skills Requirements

8 ]( m- Y) F0 k4 R- u Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
' m6 ?  X' H" g$ E0 `( {; t: J Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
* ^; R4 x, m8 E& ^ A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
2 ?) S+ H* n$ u+ u Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
