Duration of Commitment:Summer T.A.N.G. Youth Program

0 |( I5 s7 {- o  W' y: D$ tCamp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)

*might work in other time in some specific days

Program Coordinator:        Daniel SUEN

Duties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
8 o: @8 L& K& @6 t) p% m
 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
! n6 K- a* f  j. i5 e Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
! Z* ?; M0 v* f  K2 Z Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
4 z5 k: ]4 M4 E$ n) I( b Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
 Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

, j: K6 a7 h6 x* b5 W0 ~ Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
  O3 I$ _0 g+ E# t Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
3 v' S' P$ W% F' N6 d Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
