1 O {+ _/ w, J% \7 L# fAn Edmonton man who operated a north-end daycare is facing numerous charges in connection to alleged sexual assaults against children at his daycare that span over 11 years.

5 y1 ]) J- O, s0 O# sWalter Edmund Nash, 60, and his wife had operated Montrose-area daycare, but the license was revoked back in 2002. Yet police say the couple continued to operate an unlicensed day home until late 2010.' A& N# O- l0 u F& ?

The 60-year-old is charged with four counts of sexual assault, four counts of sexual interference, and two counts of invitation to sexual touching.) t T- L$ ?( x2 L0 m. t

The charges come from four victims, all of which were girls ranging in age from three to seven-years-old. The first allegation was brought forward in 2001, and police say the most recent allegation was brought to their attention in December of 2010.
