        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

/ ?8 M* y: q  P9 t; [& sResponsibilities
•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
( g/ ~6 M7 i  ]  ?$ t2 {•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
# D# l# e* J, R3 y9 R" |•        Experience in project management & report writing
! y2 ]! b# I3 F/ L& M•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
