        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
. l$ v  ]& @3 @% s•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
( c5 g# k. s. |; W1 \% t•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
) P2 f- ?  O7 d5 B( R8 T  a; f•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

' y/ ^# H) }4 n& _Preferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
& X9 |7 h) Y/ H: c•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
/ A3 N' z5 P0 n8 d$ P•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
& ~1 R& {+ d& L; ?, h$ R
