        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

6 j5 O4 h5 N/ M: [! p•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
' X4 m! ~6 M1 }1 M% U•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
+ I1 I* F+ X' u7 Y" a•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

1 C- z) L" ^/ b8 RPreferred Qualifications
% B0 V7 m5 l7 V, I- r$ \•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
! W# z6 E  @' z1 k1 _. @/ p•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
4 N: W' }& [" _' U" S( G+ |•        Experience in project management & report writing
. B' b# o) _7 d# R9 U) x3 U•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
