This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
" F+ s- `6 G2 B+ R( _• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners9 G3 W) S3 F _0 I* h5 O
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs8 e% @& e K# B* O
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols1 ~5 P b6 C) ~' I1 L; V
• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing m! t' V3 ^0 a4 U2 R
/ u& l' T# }. S3 N$ w' h5 SPreferred Qualifications3 Z2 T- A& y1 C) |$ n0 H5 [6 n j
• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
. b8 r- w. v( U+ s0 ]0 A# {• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse . V5 W/ z$ |7 a: Z6 U
• Experience in project management & report writing 8 j6 t6 O' ^% T- ^% `# [
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
