& d1 v' x$ x& A- P& K. j* v2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
6 k6 I  T3 U+ ^! q- o8 xMajor roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)
' Z7 R! C, ~. r9 G2 B
3) So So:  Magrath etc.
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides

4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
6 I( z' Z6 Z& `  E2 I" UNo Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

/ u# }% j" v. Z5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.

+ DC1/DC2 zoning
