This is how I view the effects of major road way on the location of newer neighborhoods:

Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

3) So So: Magrath etc.

No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.6 K- ?# m8 N% C
