This is how I view the effects of major road way on the location of newer neighborhoods:

- D* [& ~3 B% E6 g9 l* [4 OMajor roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)
/ I% G0 v$ J/ c  I& T
$ l9 a/ l2 L2 T/ X$ G3) So So:  Magrath etc.
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides

4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
; a( G) ]' `, V4 Y% u% pMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
2 C/ J  q; Y! \" g; M5 }: M+ DC1/DC2 zoning
+ No condo in view
