# ^1 h. A  X9 p+ y* X6 G2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)
  r; H- A+ q' T; ?
3) So So:  Magrath etc.
2 N: `0 W, A7 _! G( s; s, U- v" _; @Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides
8 x  [. u" j- S4 ?- [3 j
4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

0 {3 ^. O3 N# V9 X; |5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
+ DC1/DC2 zoning
$ B  S8 @- O3 {5 G* J+ No condo in view
