3 y! s+ ~% c+ e# o/ j2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns ; d1 a! b% t# S; [$ b0 z2 \Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)7 J) C+ p2 x% K) Q
( f3 ] V8 q& @9 s8 G# D7 G* O& Q M3) So So: Magrath etc. , N# x1 W9 W/ k+ L+ E! ]$ kMain entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill): x5 o' K7 w4 y! Y) E' Z% I
Major roads on 2 sides3 s% X" G8 c/ ^6 w6 C6 x% H
8 L3 ^2 ~2 F! ~; {4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge' {; O2 e% |) A6 Y2 }! |
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course. 1 i7 {. H* L. C6 U4 [No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line. 5 R1 G2 {* b* p% i: C+ D! v; ^5 Q# ?0 B
5) Best: Windermere Ridge 3 W, K- o5 S n8 V" g' K& E% J% JSame as 4. ) b) g2 ^4 Z9 w2 f+ all in one cul-de-sac; a( n2 J+ _9 K$ f9 G
+ DC1/DC2 zoning7 ]8 `; ]( x# k3 w L
+ No condo in view

It's a deal (of about $100k in 2 years, assuming the entire market is flat) to build there.
