最好的办法还是我说的,主动和房东商量,希望自己或者自己找公司来善后处理,地板地毯被水淹了可以干,天花板可能要换,找华人的装修公司想想办法打个折。如果自己不管,等房东来修,可能乘机把不该换的地方也换了,最后不知道修出个什么大账单了。
