Position Profile Heavy Duty Mechanics inspect, service, and maintain diesel locomotives in accordance with federal and company regulations.

Providing daily locomotive maintenance that includes changing oil or repairing, replacing, cleaning and adjusting parts

Completion of 3-year apprenticeship is required to become a Journeyman Machinist. This position is subject to night, weekend and holiday work hours when needed.. y4 u; k4 e' r+ E
