• Original deposit slips and/or original bank passbooks; and

Documents pertaining to other types of assets such as stock market accounts,
$ n3 }8 R. D0 Q" Sbusiness transactions and real estate transactions may be included, although these
should not be used to replace the documents requested above. If no clear
documentary evidence is available, applicant may provide a written explanation.
