8 X. `9 p! ?9 J+ ~; t1 GThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

" f% \3 \. I- Y  ?DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 z% a6 b# m+ ]. Q6 \% V•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
. }& l4 ~5 S+ `# |6 Q•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
; Z. X- y$ M& O2 W. ^•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
3 R6 K" Y6 ?! J: G& q; ^•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
, ^  C9 B7 V/ B, z•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
/ T; F; X0 }1 p+ ]# e3 D•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
