This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

$ t0 i4 b; }! Z  rDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
! Q4 F. A/ P& \4 Y9 H8 D; `9 d•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

; [4 l% O: `! Q% W$ s& PSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
. I8 L, m3 l; a2 e- ?* w•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
+ ]% x' n6 F/ g) l3 I6 ^- h•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
, o$ v8 [9 S7 V- B3 s9 G•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
; ^1 k5 f& v; w/ M# \) t* r•        Proficiency in use of the English language.

•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
