FUNCTION:
. p' Q0 Y* T  c7 @This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

5 J: U3 o# B' [7 DDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

, U; i$ R: \9 J7 FSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
' P* h  H- j0 d6 ?•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
* `3 [; V  b6 d/ V, O•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
