9 @9 L! K# }  lThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

; j( I  h( y$ d2 H/ HDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
: V' e' M, a/ K. l% [•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
1 {3 H( f6 p( }4 ], [7 |6 p•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
