' K* F8 g" b& q0 P. B# W) p; JUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

; F: _& ?5 Y7 K* H' d: v* {To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

" h8 m& x7 t1 e- M1 O$ X/ \Job Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
8 Y% T- P( N1 b+ z1 G* o: xMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
2 _2 B3 [7 w+ F0 \) J. f  gSchool)
( o  D+ y/ t0 @7 A# sMust have supervisory experience
" S) ]3 Z0 C. p4 oMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
4 Q2 w6 n3 P3 b5 K# V2 @! F) FMust be computer literate
+ ^8 W9 ^7 K8 B3 }5 M0 jMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
3 A" \) I4 i% M0 n; {Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
4 n- C4 k& w, AMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.
