Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
% B# k' D" x9 J: [4 \player, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
+ G0 c! ~' |( uMothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
. E1 g; z) M* }( F0 iMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
+ n  Y- ~! ^( p& k) U& E1 pMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
* G4 `, x0 j& B+ HSchool)
& h, ]% J4 V' J" Y5 Q* NMust have supervisory experience
1 d: C2 d8 F5 xMust understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
9 b1 A0 w/ Q; fMust be computer literate
  y5 k+ a. W% c/ `) gMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
Must possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
% Z- N4 X7 h# d! n$ ?4 k% J& c* ~$ V" b$ aestablish team.
