Router cuts down internet speed, shaw said there is a setting in the router to change speed. Is that right? please tell how to do it?

u need a cable to physically connect to the router and login as Admin.
the address shall be the dafult gateway IP
/ b1 I2 G! A' y/ Tlogin username & PW can be provided by your ISP, in your case, it shall be SHAW.
different router brands have differnt settings.
