The cloth is soft and very smooth. It has a strap extending from the collar bone and it is being tied at the back. Here is another semi to formal dress. It is beautifully ocean blue and has a chain of flowers down to the hips. It has one strap on the left shoulder, which holds up the dress for those of you who don't like strapless dresses.- h; d; i6 Q1 A

This strapless dress is great for a semi to formal occasion. It has beautiful floral designs extending to the waist and puffs out a bit at the bottom. It is very shape flattering and brings out the waist. Very cute dress that is approximately half way down the thigh. 2 v/ Z/ b' j* s( iIt has only been worn once! \, v+ y" y% A( [+ k1 b0 Z# a
