what's the difference between these two words?

When talking about car insurance, one common mistake made by Chinese English mistake is the use of "deduction" instead of "deductible".* J2 k- l7 p! R5 p
" h! [" h: K& Y' H9 J% X: N/ z/ ~
Then what's the difference between these two words?

one is N., the other is ADJ.
