老杨团队,追求完美;客户至上,服务到位!
楼主疏忽一个基本主要问题,加拿大是一个成熟市场“什么价钱什么货”!你付出低价钱当然得到低质量的服务啦,这是天经地义的事,埋怨不得任何人。

4 p3 }  y& O7 S. UThe price I got from The Tire Warehouse by phone (which I asked for both tires and rims) was only $100 less than I got from other stores for the same things. However, the result was that I paid $100 more than the price I got from other store. # M. A8 e% L+ i% \0 c  K9 u9 t

This weekend I bought Ufile for the tax return. The price is $19.99 in The Best Buy, while it’s $16.99 in Future Shop. Can you tell me where you go?

The purpose I wrote this post is sharing my 教训和失误, 给后来者为鉴.  
3 [$ o" ]! M+ j0 I# ~If talking about 埋怨, I only can 埋怨 myself. That’s because
1 W7 m5 c, Z* a' ?0 h- w1.        我应该要书面报价并仔细检查内容和价格。
6 W1 j0 `" f' U$ N) |% ~2.        我应该接受朋友的教训。+ q6 d, V  I# l

1 Z* T4 l" X5 [9 q3 z: r1 FIf you just feel I’m complaining here, I feel I’m wasting my time.
