Job Description/Main Duties:
) N7 V6 M- w% j% n-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
. [& u  V  L% l, _* v- M-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
/ t) W# }& k" O-        Sell merchandise to customers
/ y: i/ r/ F  Q5 X4 g+ w-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
. D' M% ]6 N5 Q  `0 A-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

: f% H. L& m3 [/ S. Q-        Completion of secondary school is required
/ f* u) l( t' q1 q-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
3 v! U, }$ g# t% L1 ], \7 w. u) A-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
$ v5 C8 P; V& m3 z) t5 i-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
