-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
) L: t8 Q4 h: g) }" O: l: g  Y-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
# q! B  ]% ]2 m; |6 }$ X-        Sell merchandise to customers
1 Q3 [$ w; m: S-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

2 s4 y" u( k! Y/ C-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
+ T( s- `1 g; r4 O1 j- X/ R9 Q% b1 r-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
