Job Description/Main Duties:
$ E2 ~4 {* c8 G# G-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
8 l5 Q% Z: J: h-        Sell merchandise to customers
# `8 k+ W$ U& ^. g. c-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
3 U3 W; D  P) a, ^2 t+ L-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
# N% h' e+ O; G# t2 x% U: M! V-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

-        Completion of secondary school is required
  m7 E' F/ p$ f/ }! {-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required

-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
