% q  u& @& J$ vJob Description/Main Duties:
8 w0 `, M$ I% y2 }7 Y  P-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
- O% T* J7 v8 z-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
/ y) S( a3 F: g% Y5 o-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
9 |# V1 t  Q% `-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
( q3 G; n# t: o-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
