' X2 t- k- a/ m5 Q-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
$ {% D4 v# w. k4 u-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
; Q+ |* c6 A! f-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
9 [0 I# w' G0 J5 E  v-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
) X: s2 I* r7 ^; u$ c5 G' u-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
( V) a( ~6 n  d8 ~: t- W+ ~-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
