, x; V5 G8 \8 A! S9 z& lincrease their capacity to participate fully in the community
0 C5 d2 r9 f' S0 t6 _$ e+ f' b/ L Develop initiatives that convene stakeholders, community organizations, government agencies and foster collaborations between immigrant and main-stream stakeholders.
3 J. o2 u8 l, B Proactively assist immigrant communities with: identifying needs, training, strategic planning, board development, project development, community economic development, funding proposal writing, program planning and implementation( g/ N+ u# m( ~, n
 Develop Community Economic Development initiatives and provide small business coaching to groups and individuals

' x. T% D6 q, m, n9 x+ q Strong group facilitation skills ( [$ c+ ^4 [, i' K& F6 E0 z2 `9 L
 Experience supervising staff
/ E' A0 K) l6 b4 o9 u$ d Understanding of cross-cultural issues
* u: b) p2 e1 g8 A Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proposal writing skills
' Q. p6 P: u5 f, Q" O5 h Strong organizational and Program delivery skills
