Responsibilities
9 \$ @8 B% d: G8 w6 W5 t■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.
■Take a lead role in business development and client relationships
, v  X2 `' f1 s2 OExperience and Education:
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
, a; X( b# y0 v1 j) a; q■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
% r  O6 K( J3 J* k$ M2 f■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
$ {7 R+ H' [7 Z. O0 {/ N1 b■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
