Clifton Associates Ltd. currently has a career opportunity for an intermediate/senior geotechnical engineer with 8-10 years experience in our Edmonton office.

Responsibilities
■Manage and conduct a wide variety of geotechnical projects and investigations.
■Provide geotechnical engineering expertise on projects dealing with the design of roadways, railways, bridges, retaining walls and other transportation or foundation structural projects.

Experience and Education:
■A graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical focus is very desirable.
  |0 W! p1 k; B0 H■Competent in all facets of geotechnical engineering and materials testing.
■Experience in a consulting environment would be a definite asset.
) Z8 x4 H1 m8 V3 e4 c■Experience with technical report writing, presentations, and meetings;
2 h- E2 f# R8 v■Ability to supervise the construction of earthwork projects;
■Ability to undertake unsupervised geotechnical work with support from senior engineers in other offices.
■Project management experience required as well as business development and marketing experience, including proposal writing.
■Must be eligible for registration with APEGGA.
