The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals.  The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. 0 C9 C; V4 k+ e8 a! This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday.  The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team." O, N: l+ J$ u1 v, {% \, _. d

, F- G, I( K7 k+ lReception:6 U% b' L( f+ ^2 E+ @* x
•        Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as         required$ Y" K- X" F8 T2 [2 u/ Y3 f* P
•        Answer multi line telephone system+ X2 [3 K( B9 W6 q4 y6 |% L' l. e

+ y: x3 ?+ _9 s' [$ T0 ~. J$ UAdministration:
' m4 Z/ h- g6 q9 Q7 R6 f- h( L•        Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
, W' s- b& o3 g+ {: t* x6 m- [•        File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits1 c7 ?. ~. }; B% K
•        Input and manage high volume of data
) f% P* Z$ D) v: ^. I( [•        Update and maintain databases
2 p# M! z" U+ ?  n+ W( p•        Generate monthly reports and statistics
: G" G3 ~/ e# U$ b  `: C•        Organize and directly support group materials and documentation( n, J3 Z) S  [0 l6 n# q9 T* R
•        Process payments and complete weekly deposits3 B/ @* Y' Q) T
•        Write and revise business correspondence and forms
4 S4 m7 V& k9 Y$ `: _•        Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail         outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors
, e' x5 l, L; T- T) r6 w•        Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre
  F6 [! C* m' |  P•        Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients& S6 y) O. u2 |: p2 j

9 @/ a, L. g: z: F5 I0 e1 v, [- ^; P4 H. r/ n
•        Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
3 P0 u! K+ o- e•        Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS ) f" r! W1 M# ]* v! K
•        Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5 p6 |( r! G8 q& u* {•        Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
( v3 F6 Q8 V1 t$ |! E  ?, s•        Able to interact positively with a diverse population2 X" P8 L& Z; w: H: K6 H3 V. ]
•        Strong customer service skills
6 L# Y2 g& S% k4 M! S1 D$ J•        Strong organizational skills and abilities
; v! j0 `7 E* {( W+ a•        Knowledge of HOMES database an asset
