The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. . N. H0 `1 D3 p
$ `$ j$ O+ c8 o: zThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.7 M% A- u1 Y" j

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required& q; N/ u6 b X0 r4 ]& L- T
• Answer multi line telephone system; C! n% }5 M& J7 N4 p1 e: w
" D+ `2 Y, j Y2 S+ x0 XAdministration:
' k1 O5 k7 m# _% W• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads2 x/ |: ^. }, L% C8 I. k5 X2 N
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits. X% D) H; E% x# b
• Input and manage high volume of data
" L% K' R6 ?# C" M• Update and maintain databases$ e* Q/ f6 y) Y
• Generate monthly reports and statistics
1 f4 N1 k) x* ~5 z5 ?0 ?$ g• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation* X* `; P) C F5 y* y+ {1 k* h
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits

• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors
& [* A. g" t& N6 S" w5 S- W8 q• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre5 e; L: M8 w2 n$ I# m/ \
• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients, M& J3 B* t5 t6 A, e, i2 f% {

. p5 L+ D U0 B3 e7 e3 w• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
+ r3 \% o5 X4 k3 o: Y• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS " M8 _. K: @; `0 c6 [: ^- ?5 N
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
" c3 [/ P; c8 u$ }- Y• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work- p* |" a9 y% x$ f6 T F0 e
• Able to interact positively with a diverse population! h" Q6 k" F5 e/ P
• Strong customer service skills
