The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.! ?9 F9 x% |$ i5 ?/ _: a

Reception:
0 f7 B5 D8 [9 H, y) @0 ~• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required$ E% h' T) z" x! W9 u4 A. b8 P) X
• Answer multi line telephone system

Administration:
/ n! A+ z) ?* Z$ z% E6 f8 G8 i• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads A ~/ Q0 J# T% S+ K
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
* F; a! B I9 N6 P8 ]& u/ V: T• Input and manage high volume of data3 i$ O- G6 P4 m# V# }) j7 G
• Update and maintain databases
8 h9 I2 G" x& L8 O! |• Generate monthly reports and statistics
- C5 p/ Z9 _8 d. h0 e• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
; t5 ~6 K7 t$ |1 K$ C• Process payments and complete weekly deposits3 q5 }3 m. Q ~! z: Q! y
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms5 S, j# }+ F2 W& ~ b
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors

• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients- V8 a/ {* r1 q1 m9 q& O

Qualifications:1 ^% ]1 k" [3 {
; U" B! T& }# P) O' E7 Y& l& Z• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure+ |+ t/ O% [! J! X
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS 4 v' B3 a" {) N) b( O7 L4 A
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. _5 w# M5 U) Z! L
• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
5 [( G: o# |" [. b5 t• Able to interact positively with a diverse population9 a3 s4 G! P2 h/ U1 V
• Strong customer service skills
