The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. • Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required$ Y" K- X" F8 T2 [2 u/ Y3 f* P
• Answer multi line telephone system+ X2 [3 K( B9 W6 q4 y6 |% L' l. e
+ y: x3 ?+ _9 s' [$ T0 ~. J$ UAdministration:
' m4 Z/ h- g6 q9 Q7 R6 f- h( L• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
, W' s- b& o3 g+ {: t* x6 m- [• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits1 c7 ?. ~. }; B% K
• Input and manage high volume of data
) f% P* Z$ D) v: ^. I( [• Update and maintain databases
2 p# M! z" U+ ? n+ W( p• Generate monthly reports and statistics
: G" G3 ~/ e# U$ b `: C• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation( n, J3 Z) S [0 l6 n# q9 T* R
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits3 B/ @* Y' Q) T
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
4 S4 m7 V& k9 Y$ `: _• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors
, e' x5 l, L; T- T) r6 w• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre
F6 [! C* m' | P• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients& S6 y) O. u2 |: p2 j

• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
3 P0 u! K+ o- e• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS ) f" r! W1 M# ]* v! K
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5 p6 |( r! G8 q& u* {• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
( v3 F6 Q8 V1 t$ |! E ?, s• Able to interact positively with a diverse population2 X" P8 L& Z; w: H: K6 H3 V. ]
• Strong customer service skills
