* T2 Y; S5 Y- v" ?3 xTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
* r* F6 N0 B4 j& Fservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
0 B4 J% W# W2 [7 M+ \! j# Etheir development.

, s/ }) R, \. @. {* ~1 KTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
( a6 i  }8 d: M8 {& p2 YEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
5 W5 A: h  F3 k- ]5 j1 s9 ]youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
: s0 y) T, O& r4 L& Eare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
4 N  Y  ?/ x% oaccountable to the project coordinator.

The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
, s7 }" w+ s7 ]3 d6 lschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
9 M, s2 m$ J" }" {desirable.

) u4 I$ i7 `% F- \Qualifications  
+ w. n  t* @$ |7 a' a18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
- ~6 w$ I+ }. j* x( o: a. `Regular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
1 V0 P) |8 ^, z; B# k+ O' R+ F9 ~Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary  
- j% b$ E1 W, y$15 per hour plus benefits
