services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first 6 | X3 \( h" p/ G1 Q: j4 O2 n$ V( a
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
7 \4 x& K- X: i/ A( l+ ?Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
7 I, ^2 `) k1 ] v8 [youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 3 | x& W$ V9 C! k7 c
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You * E9 i1 H, {, x1 x `- N
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
$ z& v2 S. ^- N; A9 Vbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
+ g y+ U# E& Y# s3 e1 V! daccountable to the project coordinator.

* j# D5 \5 h6 P/ [! v, RThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
; H$ p4 c' r4 L; hschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ; ?* D; s6 k" _- v+ N4 i
Keen ability to organize and lead

Relate well with other youth and adults
