Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first q1 y+ L d0 ]/ d& k# {
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
5 b/ K) \1 Y0 ^1 y7 p# fEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a 1 k9 t7 H4 G* b5 n# s
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
A- e8 d% \' @) w3 D2 L+ T$ E6 {in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You 6 o3 T2 o- v. r+ J0 c* \3 j2 m" {, {
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, & C, B" u! s# {2 ~ g1 r; V
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
5 _: f; u2 \3 i% T( h& faccountable to the project coordinator. 2 W& B; B9 G. v- |* }: r9 w6 I
8 _# _% b4 X4 ?) h3 zThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
* f$ w$ O; y/ D8 u# \& U% Mschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is 0 u" n' L, I! ?

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
1 S* h- U# C8 @- J }! C. s( kKeen ability to organize and lead

Relate well with other youth and adults
+ n" ~& A' U! |! U+ y1 G) O h! _Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary
