Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
9 b, e# Y* B9 G. R4 \0 b8 Gservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
6 g( B; q2 {( [, m) ?  g+ ftheir development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
' w5 z7 o: ~, W4 [( d4 Qhand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
# t% f4 D0 Z6 Q  W  ]youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
9 `+ O  f6 a' H* \in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
2 ]7 z; }* [6 `5 C4 pare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
$ m% c9 i4 B: x1 N7 {- N1 O, l# D) X- Kaccountable to the project coordinator.

( h! M; b# O5 xThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
& ?- I8 m) {' z6 {# @desirable.

Qualifications  
: {6 e" w. |) x1 ?# o* P' _0 s18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
% X- [5 O& B: N- v7 {: LRegular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained
