, F8 \% d  k2 U/ R0 d6 \Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
, D: _. l2 Z* @8 X2 j# ^! Oservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
$ O0 U5 O* \- s$ Atheir development.

2 v7 i4 |; t6 Q1 T; ]* zTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
0 @2 R' z+ x3 T5 T/ w1 k4 [hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
8 k# x9 s6 A) |youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
" @5 A/ }! `3 |7 nin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
  G  ?8 g; S8 V9 q. x) `- R0 t7 P: ]balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
accountable to the project coordinator.
; I4 P, I8 L# m& x5 R# T7 J' e
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
' S$ V8 e  s2 Cschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
0 Q3 ^& x( X$ T& Bdesirable.

Qualifications  
# q5 G4 p9 Q/ P, ]! b1 K" j  n18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
- f& R% S7 l) X' uRegular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary  
$15 per hour plus benefits
