•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
% Q5 M$ K& k8 ?•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
  ^) k. L* S: z•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
% @9 K( W5 p% |7 z% E•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
, `8 P% ~6 V5 q* G•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
8 c6 q9 V; v# C8 V- _7 X$ T•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
