Job Description
' Z5 f! H+ `3 G9 s•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
* U# j! ~2 x" b  i) @# l$ V9 R; B•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
6 }/ e* k2 h) y2 |. F) `8 {•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
. e3 z0 R% p& Z8 F•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
( N% Q7 @  y8 V•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
5 @( j# n" ~" v•        Completion of secondary school is required
; K4 N! p7 p+ Q2 n+ @- h5 }6 i•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
2 H7 d7 a6 B3 Y/ d•        Must be able to communicate effectively
/ E  u% h8 }: _% G•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
! ?! T4 A6 U* J' }/ R0 {7 Y•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
