•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
: L' m: m# z* Z) I) v•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment

- @1 P( E: n! v/ l  P! L, P•        Cleaning of work area
9 e" E% Q/ Z. V! b+ B8 R5 ^- p" B8 k% N•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

Employment requirements
* }1 A6 m% b2 |( S- m•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
1 j& X% g% n7 |, V' B•        Must be able to communicate effectively
- K' M" C* }) o* d•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
3 N5 g; K. V; O! w•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
