5 ]% V  o- ^) [. R$ w2 t•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
/ ]8 G1 k3 ?1 s9 I; ~+ I' y2 E& @•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
! j5 c0 u" Q0 K, `) W•        Serve food and beverages
3 z$ R0 k9 x9 S% b7 g& P) q•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
" U/ m! i8 x4 `+ B+ [$ \9 i•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
* R! t2 i* H9 w1 q! x4 r•        Must be able to communicate effectively
; r9 A9 U% S* d$ _' m•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
