Term: 1 year contract

-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
2 g: T: H# j. W, U1 t-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
9 l! G+ Q/ N: o: D-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
( T- U" ?$ F2 p-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
