+ D2 [/ Z8 Y5 M-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
+ Y! O) A9 @6 N; |-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
& I# A$ h+ {4 P& R6 x; C-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
! [  l# o6 l9 E2 K! Q5 c, n% m-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
4 N% O! L2 B$ Y( h2 c3 s  G5 t-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
