Position Title: Receptionist/Immigration Services Worker (Temporary position for Maternity Leave)

Job Description
-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client

-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
! w% U# v% R9 N. I4 T-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
) J; v! h: _  F-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
; o0 k% ^: z1 Q) O. |$ A-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
