• Representation at area production meetings to report and address machinery issues.
. n, |5 X8 B+ x9 \7 F• Trend machinery component failures and develop solutions for improving mean time between failures.
8 e" C% U" P" y" C# M- ~; {• Liaison with maintenance, operations, technical, vendor and EPC representatives.
1 M& R7 b4 x/ ^6 u4 a8 m9 R• Assist with condition monitoring programs such as vibration and lube analysis.
• Troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause failure analysis.
• Equipment criticality analysis and equipment care plan development.
