Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The
. u+ j" _" ]9 _" {) ?! }Manager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
ment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
& |9 B7 x! r2 G& a4 E7 \The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Ÿ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
the organization;
4 w. [8 ]  i( K* b# n$ ~Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
7 i% i2 |* H& iŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
; T$ ?; O; \1 G/ P: }: T  H5 psupport;
6 r3 A, [$ Y' w5 Y2 B1 h" yŸ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
; s: w+ m7 f* y6 C3 n6 N5 gimplementing staff wellness programs;
Ÿ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
' V8 d8 m( ~) S1 ^& z! OŸ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;

Qualifications:
1 S0 q9 w( B+ l! CŸ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
( g2 `! i3 U; y3 Eeducation and experience;
  r% w; v4 }+ n  F# fŸ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
5 y: X; y/ k4 v  ~2 oŸ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
verbal and written.
7 W. H$ s; e1 s1 N9 P! V8 sLac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

/ k6 h) x! Q1 e0 N7 ?* Bsuccessful candidate will be required to provide a criminal records check with vulnerable sector,
