Duties
J. L2 s7 d# s ~1 I9 dSupports a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining desktop and on-line applications using Oracle databases, Oracle tools (Forms and Reports 6i), and Java in various flavors
$ u6 M5 F5 q, ~: Y! H9 L! fModifies forms and reports according to client specifications" B0 S& @* \: o9 {8 R! K) W
Creates and modifies web-based front ends using Java, JSP and Struts
* j; R, a7 U7 _4 UAssists in the conversion of applications from older Oracle tools to an Oracle Application Server environment* n6 W7 O8 m# q) W$ l3 Q9 ]1 o
Qualifications
! W e' o9 N- g( }B.Sc. in Computing Science; equivalent experience considered5 G; g6 Y) Q v8 c! o2 b
Several years related experience in a similar environment
9 k7 o5 a# t% t; ?1 ]7 \Knowledge and experience in Java, JSP, Struts, Eclipse, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports 6i: e! P/ g" D' {
Knowledge and exposure to Oracle Application Server Enterprise Edition 10g and Oracle Forms and Reports 10g would be a definite asset
