edmonton最高的condo fee

想请教edmonton最高的condo fee 是多少啊，听一个朋友说他们的condo fee 2室一厅的单condo fee 一个月要达到800多，有可能吗？只是一般的高楼在市中心附近，不是新房，大概70，80年代的吧。

这些高CondoFee的房价：
85万到110万的有7个，32万到60万的有5个。
但十几万到20几万的有4个。
比较有意思。

大多数近2000SF的居住面积，有一个3200SF，高楼风景，也算是优势吧

2Bedroom: ~$390

Magrath所有卖过的Duplexes：大多数Duplex现在的CondoFee是$100~110，只有一个是$153。360平米的地。不知是不是7楼问得最豪华的Duplex。

1) There isn't any 豪华 duplex there. Only lower end ones. If you want 豪华 duplex, go to Eagle Ridge, or Upper Windermere (if you want to buy new).

2) The fee for duplexes typically doesn't include water/heating/power. Thus, it's not an apple to apple comparison with high-rise apartments.

不对吧，你去过那里么？我说的不是那栋condo旁边的duplex，那个duplex我知道，100快得condofee，地很小。
我说的是靠近林子那些walkout basement的bunglow duplex，都是双车库，有的房子占地奇大，我看有一个车库外就能停下6辆车，后院相连，看来是统一管理草坪
