Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
Post-Secondary education in Career Development, Human Resources, Social Sciences or related fields.

. \- ^* g* n6 M' ]- V" k; SExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
3 g, j8 B! V; M/ f4 f% C5 X) yAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
5 c6 C' _; ^7 R  b5 H4 i0 uComputer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
/ h% H4 V, ^) eUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
