" b: b8 t. K- U& EUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role 1 w: q4 ~) n+ \( S- _5 Z
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
% }) L/ m; e4 w* ]Excellent communication and negotiation skills 9 @& _# X8 A& E$ H0 c2 O
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
