Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role ' h+ q$ q* i" n& W+ [* b/ V4 |$ |
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
U2 ~) X$ X$ ^/ K/ UExcellent communication and negotiation skills
' x4 O2 L, K/ w* ~6 }; aExperience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments - b @6 C; Q( m& j9 \# k1 m! t
