1 z$ K& ]3 O7 XPost-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
3 k7 A2 P0 U, z& ^: u6 `, gUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
* S2 f0 x9 |. ]6 U6 UExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
; L j( k6 |$ d3 ^$ ~2 b* l+ hExcellent communication and negotiation skills + T6 N3 @' b4 A0 h& C+ o2 `3 D
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
