0 x4 l+ Q* P# SPost-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
3 C+ }2 t! M$ Z% e# rUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
, I, o/ r+ S/ |2 G _1 CExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants 1 q/ f8 j2 `: E) g2 i9 V
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
R. t8 ?- X* S: j8 I" x; _Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments - ~" y! v) L Q) x
Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market, F6 Y. {7 `5 ~7 w% Y4 q' H8 l
