2 c$ O4 f2 i" Mname，email，telephone number，是否UA student或staff， alumni（不是学生需要交membership fee，好像是$12）， onecard number？

  B) {' o0 V2 B男子三对三排球，报名时间9月10日，需至少3名male player，报名费$20每队。
$ Q% y; e3 s& l6 p6 Q比赛时间9月20-10月20日，每周一和周三晚上，共四周。

Levels:
Recreational:  These teams are composed of players with no prior competitive volleyball experience.
: q* z% R  }* R% D- }$ f: l, @$ u: hSemi-Competitive:  These teams will have a mixture of skill levels on their team.  It is intended for teams composed of  a mixture of skill levels or with players who play pick-up on a regular basis or who may have played in high school.
( U3 j9 R6 ?3 DCompetitive:  For teams with players who played on their high school squad or who still currently play on a team (ie. City league, etc.)

6 A+ ^* M, ?9 [, X9 P男女混合排球，报名时间10月5日，需至少男女各3人，报名费$70每队。
比赛时间10月20-12月8日，每周一至四某个晚上，报名时需要选周几固定下来。
