name，email，telephone number，是否UA student或staff， alumni（不是学生需要交membership fee，好像是$12）， onecard number？
* _8 w# H+ S4 o5 V6 D% T7 Z
" K& v+ ^9 d5 |* ]6 I6 l3 U男子三对三排球，报名时间9月10日，需至少3名male player，报名费$20每队。
7 S3 D4 y1 |! x6 C比赛时间9月20-10月20日，每周一和周三晚上，共四周。

/ k% e" [- K6 D% U! Z7 F, k( KRecreational:  These teams are composed of players with no prior competitive volleyball experience.
) A. x, y$ s" U1 b* s7 \8 x' E2 ~Semi-Competitive:  These teams will have a mixture of skill levels on their team.  It is intended for teams composed of  a mixture of skill levels or with players who play pick-up on a regular basis or who may have played in high school.
Competitive:  For teams with players who played on their high school squad or who still currently play on a team (ie. City league, etc.)

9 e. A7 K; b1 l6 R4 D$ w& V6 c男女混合排球，报名时间10月5日，需至少男女各3人，报名费$70每队。
比赛时间10月20-12月8日，每周一至四某个晚上，报名时需要选周几固定下来。
