Dr. Alan Kazdin, Director of Yale Parenting Centre, received James McKeen Cattell Award at Association of Psychological Science (APS) in Boston last week and made a brief award-accepting (and laughter filled) speech. 3 a7 _/ s4 C4 n8 f1 u H' y4 A& Y- l; x4 X3 X$ `
Kazdin is known for his 40 years research on parenting method with defiant children. Last year he was also recognized by American Psychological Association (APA) with an award.& b! @8 u( j8 X# o3 j$ n
