J: k4 d. {* `2 z9 |
Then, without a closet, it's not a bedroom any more. It's hard to say if you increased the value of the house by doing that.! n7 K! Q+ I5 h/ E- E' r& `

2 years ago, added a shower to my 2 pieces ensuite. The room is 4'x7', very tight to fit all 3 pieces. Needed total re-plumbing (supply and drain) and costed me $700 (material plus labor). I did the rest work myself. The shower is 36"x36" circular shape with sliding doors, an expensive one of $700. New toilet, sink, mirror, light fixture, fan, tile etc. Total material cost was around $1500.
