为了让更多有兴趣的朋友和同学，没有上冰经验也行，我们特地每周四开始进行beginner session的活动，专门手把手教你们如何在冰上学习滑冰技巧和打冰球。

* ]- C  R+ l6 S- F时间：本周四 晚上9点45－10点45 因为更衣室提前半小时开放，所以请9点15分到更衣室
  s# `* s9 P4 E0 A, c5 f1 h4 h# M地点：kinsmen arena "b" （就在heritage  YMCA旁边）
装备：头盔，和冰刀必须
价格：10块钱－15块钱
