未来的几个月内会有人到一些工地去摸底，包括面试、观察等。主要是寻找这样一条线---母语非英语的电工达到这条线，在工作中英语就够用了。（谈何容易）。对英语过关的同胞，期望以后雇主再不能把英语不好作为解雇的理由。（理想状态）。对英语不过关的人，就要赶快学英语了。
