3 G0 v6 F! r) ^- g/ T) n3 Q6 lJob Purpose
Every full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
operation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
8 L$ A3 o6 B  vthat the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
customers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
$ N7 j9 M2 p5 {. D/ H) sthe Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service
• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
• Assist customers find what they are looking for
• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
2 c8 o2 \+ `3 F$ X• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
( [" [! X/ q, Y5 e. T/ Q9 Estock
• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
looks under 25 years of age
3 I- K8 f1 r( C: k1 SStore Responsibilities
* f. I; N5 r( Z" d  ^' [0 E• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
% h* s3 n/ ?7 m. j$ l• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
, a. C9 G* W/ s  T# c  Z• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
2 s$ k0 Z# P& r; k8 S2 @/ {• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
• Protect company assets at all times
• Close the store (key holders)
* Q* @7 g% s7 O3 w• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager
Qualifications
• High School graduate
/ w) V% G6 E# o" K1 l6 N, o. b1 I• Criminal record check.
. G, N5 S+ U0 d$ L2 Y: T• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and

• Fast paced environment
• Demanding workload
Physical Requirements
• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
+ x% [6 v6 u7 k. F• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Comfortable climbing ladders
