  e% I" |2 t  P0 i' @; r# G# L9 ~* K( P: DReporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
! M" ^% L1 Y. S. j. h        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients

- a" p# @8 g3 T( e; vQUALIFICATIONS:
! T( z- k2 R, K•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
2 n* U1 i9 e( e1 L•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
6 j" K) W- |' B5 G% m•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
- m! C, ?  J3 K6 S•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process
•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

•        Ability to work independently as well as in a team
