NDT Technician
Position Overview:

[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

Ultrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings

# ~/ G5 l3 @2 k% aTechnicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I

Responsibilities:

9 Q1 m+ x" C$ q9 o- n1 XOperate Ultrasonic's equipment
. o& e% z3 i8 A. TInterpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
Prepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
This includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
) I- {4 y# K! U/ k; K) U* @1 TStenciling testing locations
Clearing testing locations / dig clean
# }5 W' p2 I$ Y3 U$ f! Y, PRequired Skills:
- Y9 {+ J) a" v6 A
# A( K0 o- D+ V% W% _7 ?Knowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
7 f# E$ n$ A$ P8 ]Ability to drive in tailings locations
! j" L7 u7 @8 rKnowledge of plant lines
Knowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

Additional Information:

This position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.

Wages range from $20-$40/hr
