7 V- E7 \) _% b8 p! F* bI am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
% c, X7 h- g" o* WSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
0 J+ h3 X  j$ R0 X1 h; Y$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
) ]' h& H1 n% b- a/ t3 Kbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

lease required.
