Dear Friend,
I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
8 ^: l$ Z  z) l* w9 d& h8 Q(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
7 `4 A5 s, O$ c) d* USouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
9 ^7 e" L; u+ |be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

3 u5 A) a  g( @You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
3 p$ `0 M# x1 `3 L4 scheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
$ l) U) ]! R' g& H& A" Z$ U- pafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
