. p/ A: w0 j: }4 F" x% Dperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
! W% ~5 L/ o' t) O2 K(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
! R2 M( Z& {3 j/ G6 J$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
1 R2 r* T/ l  }: S1 @# y9 N30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor

lease required.
