  ^: M6 Q( f5 I2 cperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
7 v2 r5 j6 S7 ?" V. \$ F9 {! I- sSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
( k" A- e3 U- M$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
: U: e' }. {# Z5 @, w8 m3 ]: A( Dbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
. m& A# K, W, B" V4 ~8 r2 G+ H30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
( o1 ]; z/ g' u- B2 F* _months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
! n* H3 ^' ]) g8 p5 |after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
