Marketing Manager

Specific responsibilities
- h; B1 U* {4 \8 {" t# j- Prospect and cold call on new business, maximize marketing opportunities
/ m  m4 ?. X$ p% r3 P  G- Organize and perform the activity of brand promotion
9 h; P2 F3 s: b6 B: f% N- Build brand famousness and favorite among custom community.
- Maintain partnership programs with customers
" S0 C* C, w0 r3 |* {; T0 @- N; L- Review and respond customer inquiries
- _7 M3 u# R0 |7 Q5 R- prepare marketing plans for new market segments
- Attend marketing meetings, set objectives
- Proposals and presentations
- Project management, budget preparation (team work)
) x  D  B' {3 y) P2 `# P- Identify potential commercial risks
- Clarify and answer commercial questions after the quotations
) B+ M, m& x2 u6 U9 Y- Make research and selection of the targeting market, and organize to make the annual market development plan.
- Prepare the marketing research report regularly
4 l' ]% l, q9 h6 D$ I( g) z5 S- Effectiveness of costs control of marketing development
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education certificate (ideally from administration, marketing, and/or engineering)
6 k2 F7 T. ]# M* S* C- 3+ years successful related experience background
- Previous working experience in China would be an asset
6 j7 o, Y3 y7 l8 x9 m% R- Flexible for travel within the China, and North America or Europe occasionally.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
, I% R3 `! Y+ ~% f" M5 T* h3 h- Chinese language skills are an asset.
1 r- x) c3 q; I- Outgoing, confident, consultative rapport builder
- Effective closing and follow up skills, project management
/ l% z1 b5 Z6 I5 }- Responsible and accountable
* Q- a6 p( V& }6 K; G- Self-managed and able to work independently
: y' O* |7 F, F9 h( N; F/ q# t2 e# V- Highly organized and effective time management and problem solving skills
& |, ^0 C8 i& f9 ]- b- Proficient administrative & computer skills for MS office, presentations
- Valid North America or European passport
$ G9 o7 f+ B. K0 z: L; P! h- Valid driver’s license.
