举个例子：

在你报税的时候，根据39%的Alberta Tax Credit，你将会得到$1560（4000乘以39%等于1560）的退税。除去你捐的$1000，你将净得$560。
如果你捐赠$5,000，你会得到$15,000的Official Tax Receipt on FMV Fair Market Value, 再加上原有的$5,000，你的Total Cash Receipt将会是$20,000。

比如　一套Courseware软件
8 z, Q. O5 P& @3 Q6 g0 A: S  [+ G( course on the computer)( 关于 Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or word的学习)
: p# W* ?- _! X% {8 zThe fair marker value是 $100.
如果你捐了$1000 到Charity 1 Millenniums Charitable Foundation, 你收到tax receipt $1000.
  S) T4 L. ?2 V9 H& G5 v1 Y+ D5 d8 }你同时还得到The Global Learning Trust 的package of  30 courseware. 你把这些package 捐到 Canadian charity association. 你又会得到 receipt  $3000.

个人感觉，这属于loop hole，我觉得政府应该有措施去堵这个漏洞。

9 e# b( b# ]  g1 i" n其实我可以自己编个软件，标价$1，000，000，然后捐赠了。

你发明了一个软件，而且一定要到一个注册的慈善团体捐助，并且你需要找一个评估师来评估你的这个软件的FMV,然后才算你的donation and gift in kind.

这就是个漏洞，但并不是每个人都会利用这个漏洞。
