) ]- Q( G) b) }- |: e9 g& w5 G( kFinancial / Budget & Payroll: monitor time-sheets for staff; create yearly budget for program to be approved by executive director; make changes to budget as needed; regular reports to executive director on budget/spending; Supervise Staff – ensure timely planning of future funding takes place; monitor 4–6 staff personnel & program progress; communicate with all project funders; monitor evaluation of program.6 g: ~3 `9 @9 Q5 i# Y1 g
4 p" W- N. m4 M: [7 xReports to Funders: ensure all staff submits timely reports including evaluation of their programs; Manager completes financial report in consultation with accountant; Maintain files for each program for each funder of the program; Report to executive director on proposals and report submissions to each funder for each program.* Y, q; t1 f/ `: I2 c1 W
! y# w; x7 r, x" r, ZWork with Partners/Public: answer queries and concerns from partners and public; ensure partners are well informed of program status. Annual Report – create annual report on all activities of the program prior to Annual General Meeting. Professional Development – Be informed on current issues on race relations and youth leadership training.

) i9 X! \' g( |3 C; Y6 XProposal Creation: write or supervise writing of all proposals to all funders of programs; Ensure communication with funding representative is adequate; Ensure criteria for each funder is met in each proposal.

- q; n+ _- D; `4 t& lKey Qualifications: Good knowledge of an Aboriginal or central African culture/ language; Excellent knowledge of the issue of racism in Canadian society as it applies to Aboriginal people and/ or African immigrants/refugees, and the formal education system; Experience working with Aboriginal and/or African communities. Experience facilitating workshops; Knowledge of the issues facing high-risk racialized youth & experience working on skill development with youth' t' _: n, t) |3 N4 ^& v* O% m3 |
