在一个职位的薪水说明中看到这样几行内容:

2 F( `4 E% \: t3 X0 |3 个各标了3种不同的薪水标准, 想知道的是:到底哪个才是这个职位的薪水呢?还是说根据什么不同而不同呢?

据朋友说，与雇主谈判的工会代表是由工会选举出来的比较有经验的人，工会也有自己的律师和法律顾问。collective agreement 是个一揽子协议，其中包括与工作有关的各方面细节。如，交通、食宿、节假日加班费、工作的季节、工期的长短等等。工会每开始一个新的工程项目之前，都要与雇主进行谈判，达成一个 collective agreement。因此，工人的工资待遇是随着工程项目的不同而变的。如果双方不能达成 collective agreement，雇主可能会寻求非工会的公司完成工程项目。没听说加拿大的哪个工会有工贼勾结资方，出卖工人利益。

如果得到这个职位,薪水是多少?是1的job level还是opportunity concept level 1, 亦或opportunity concept level 2?
