According to my knowledge, most motors with single phase, have two different windings, one for running and one for starting, their rotation directions are pre- fixed. 3 ?, t6 a2 q8 L6 U8 p9 Y5 }% G# p. Y6 e
But "all windings" motor, which has two same windings, if swap two leads of ONLY ONE winding, it will change the rotation.
