9 O! y) q. Z2 Y4 a3 O2.call 415-4164,they may ask you some questions,such as your name, date of    birth,credit card number.

3.bring a piece of check to the following address:

            6715-177 TH ST
! Y' r- L3 C0 Q- ?; ?you take the test there and it is not far from WEM.
